Delivery information

For smaller items (less than £25) we send by Royal Mail 1st Class. For items over £25 we use Business Post for our Mainland UK deliveries (Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands excepted) . Once your order has been processed, we will email you a target delivery day. We will then email you 48 hours before delivery prior to your goods being dispatched. All deliveries are day time deliveries and require a signature. Please ensure you give us a delivery address where there will be someone in during the day. We can leave the deliveries at your risk in specific locations (in a garage , porch, etc) without a signature. Please fill in the delivery special instruction box and confirm details by email separately.

Important. Please read
If there are no delivery instructions and nobody in to sign for the delivery then a card will be left and the package will be held at the nearest depot for collection within 4 working days. If it remains uncollected then the package will be returned to us. In this instance we will refund you your purchase price less delivery and handling cost of £10

Most orders are dispatched within 5 days, depending on stock availability. During busy periods delivery times can take up to 3 weeks.
