Q : Are the outdoor pieces frostproof...?

A : Yes, all our outdoor sculptures are frostproof. We add a frostproofing additive to each piece as we make it and can confidently guarantee all outdoor pieces up to - 12c..

Q : How long is the delivery time...?

A : Orders are normally dispatched within 5 days of receipt of order / cleared funds. This may increase up to 21 days during busy periods.. If you have a specific timetable and need an item sooner, please email us and we can try and accommodate your request..

Q : Why does delivery take so long...?

A : All our sculpture is handmade to order in our Devon workshop. In order to achieve the best possible finish for you, we need to put each piece through a series of complicated processes. If we could speed it up we would...

Q : Do I get a discount on postage if I buy more than 1 item...?

A : We offer free delivery with most pieces to mainland UK, so no, we don't give discounts on postage with multiple purchases unless you choose pallet delivery. In which case, yes, as you only pay for one pallet regardless of how many items you purchase...

Q : Where can I see some of the sculpture before I buy. I'm not sure which finish I want...?

A : Look at our "who we supply " page, if there is someone in your area find out if they have the piece in stock. Otherwise email us and we will send you some extra images by email...

Q : Do you deliver to Ireland...?

A : Yes

Q : Is your workshop open weekends...?

A : We try and avoid opening weekends but if thats the only time you can make it, then email us and we can arrange for someone to meet you if possible...
